2 small garlic cloves

Start with already cooked chickpeas.

Separate and wash the chickpeas to remove skins, collecting them on the side.

Add 3 tablespoons of tahini and 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the processor.

Add 1 ice cube, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 2 small garlic cloves (removing the green part from one).
