1/2 cup Sunflower seeds half - if you use sunflower seed butter
3 Tbsp Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste

Drain canned chickpeas.

Peel the garlic cloves.
