150g Chickpeas in brine
Half a lemon
1/4 Cup Tahini Paste
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1/8 Salt

Soak Chickpeas in water overnight

Rinse chickpeas and boil them for 20 minutes

Let cool and peel the skin off

Drain the water and dry the chickpeas with a dish cloth/paper towel

Blend Chickpeas with a blender/food processor

Add in Olive oil, lemon juice, salt and tahini

Serve with some water crackers or raw carrots and enjoy !!
