1 Kg Chickpeas soak overnight
2 teaspoons salt
2 Liters of water
1 cup Olive Oil
3 Lemons Juice
100 gr. Garlics

Soak 1 Kg of chickpeas overnight.

In a pressure cooker, add the soaked chickpeas, 2 liters of water, and 2 teaspoons of salt.

Cook for 30 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Once cooked, blend the chickpeas with 1 cup of olive oil, the juice of 3 lemons, and 100 grams of garlic until smooth.
