100 gms boiled Chickpea (Kabuli chana)
1.5 tsp Seasame powder (dry roasted Til) or Tahini paste
1 tsp Cumin Powder (Zeera)
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp crushed Garlic (Lehsun)
1 tsp Lemon juice (Neembu)
1 tsp Extra virgin Olive Oil (Salad oil)
Water
Extra virgin Olive Oil
Red chilly powder
2-3 green Olives

Soak the chickpeas for 6 hours.

Boil the soaked chickpeas for 15 minutes.

In a blender, combine boiled chickpeas, sesame powder (or tahini), cumin powder, salt, crushed garlic, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil.

Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency and blend until smooth.

Transfer the hummus to a serving dish and garnish with extra virgin olive oil, red chilly powder, and green olives.
