1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Soak chickpeas in water overnight.

Drain and rinse chickpeas, then place in a pot with fresh water.
