1 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons plain water
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Emerald seasoning (to taste)

3 small garlic cloves (or 1.5 to 2 large ones)

Drain and rinse the 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas).

Put the rinsed chickpeas into a food processor or blender.

Squeeze about 2 tablespoons of lime juice into the food processor.

Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of plain water.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add 3/4 teaspoon of ground cumin.

Add Emerald seasoning to taste.

Add paprika to taste.

Add 3 small garlic cloves (or 1.5 to 2 large ones) to the mixture.

Pulse the mixture a little at first, then blend it all together until smooth.

Transfer the hummus into a container and tap it to flatten the top.
