2 Tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp Salt
5-6 Wooden Skewers
4 Fresh Corn

1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Chat Masala
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Peel, de-vein and clean 20 large raw shrimp.

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 Tbsp mustard oil, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder, 1 tsp tandoori masala powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp green chili paste, 1 tsp salt, and red food color (optional).

Add 2 Tbsp lemon juice and 2 Tbsp yogurt to the spice paste and mix well.

Add the clean shrimp to the tandoori marinade and mix to coat well.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes or more.

Skewer the marinated shrimp with wooden skewers.

Drizzle a little mustard oil over the tandoori shrimp skewers before grilling.

Place skewers on the hot grill and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.

If using a grill pan, add 2 Tbsp of mustard oil to the pan over medium heat and cook skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.
