1 cup dried shitake mushrooms
1 large egg
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon MSG
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb raw ground pork
1/2 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
8 sheets phyllo dough
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil

Pour hot water over the vermicelli rice noodles and dried mushrooms to rehydrate them.

Drain the noodles and mushrooms, then squeeze the mushrooms to eliminate excess liquid.

Cut the noodles into tiny pieces and mince the mushrooms.

Chop the mint, cilantro, onion, and garlic.

In a large bowl, combine egg, soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, MSG, and salt with the raw ground pork, noodles, mushrooms, mint, cilantro, onion, and garlic. Blend it with your hands.
