Start by gathering all ingredients: gluten-free rolled oats, flaxseed meal, hemp hearts, chia seeds, Ceylon cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond milk, and berries or chopped fruit.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of gluten-free rolled oats and all dry ingredients: 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts, and 1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon.

Mix the dry ingredients together until well combined.
