Prepare the crawfish by cleaning and chopping them into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornmeal, baking powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chopped crawfish, green onions, bell pepper, garlic, and lemon juice until evenly distributed.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Using a spoon or small scoop, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil.
Fry the fritters in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove fritters with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
