1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onions
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
1 Scotch Bonnet pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup water
