1 tomato
small ball tamarind
1 tbsp pepper seed
1 tsp fennel seed
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 or 2 tsp salt
2 to 3 tbsp oil

Add curry leaves, shallots, and green chilli; sauté them well for a few minutes.

Add the chopped tomato and sauté until it becomes soft.

Add the ground paste (red chilli powder, ginger, shallots, etc.) and mix well.

Combine well and add a sufficient amount of water; mix well.

Cover and boil well.

Add fishes and mix well with the masala.
