2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 clove garlic, minced

Open a can of chickpeas, drain and rinse them, and add to the food processor.

Blend all ingredients in the food processor until smooth, adding a drop of water if needed for creaminess.

Check the consistency and blend longer if not smooth enough, adjusting with water as necessary.
