Teriyaki Salmon

2 Salmon fillets
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons light brown sugar packed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon onion powder
Little salt
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water

Salmon wash and drain then dab it dry with a paper towel.

In a shallow dish, whisk the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder and ground ginger until combined and the sugar dissolved.

Transfer 1/3 cup of this marinade mixture to a small saucepan (this will be your glaze).

Remove skin from salmon. Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces (about 1" squares) then add salmon cubes to the marinade, turning to coat. Marinate salmon 15-20 minutes (not longer than 20 minutes).

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F for 3-4 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray then add salmon fillets in a single layer.

Air fry salmon 8 minutes or until cooked through.

Remove salmon fillets from the air fryer and drizzle the glaze over the top and air fry for 2-3 minutes.
