Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F).

Finely chop the onion and green chilies.

In a bowl, combine lamb mince, chopped onion, green chilies, black pepper, mixed herbs, garlic, ginger, fine salt, broken bread, egg, and Mrs Ball's Chutney. Mix well using hands.

Form the mixture into balls and place them on a sprayed baking tray.

Bake the kebabs in the oven for 15-20 minutes until done.

Prepare muffin tray by spraying with cooking spray.

Cut puff pastry to fit muffin cups and press into the cups.
