Teriyaki Salmon

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Heat oil on medium to high heat.

Add salmon cut into bite-sized pieces to the pan.
