1 cup red kidney beans
1 cup white kidney beans
Pacha (boiled cows feet)

1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon turmeric
salt to taste
8 cups hot water

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Dice 1 onion and add it to the pan; cook for 2-3 minutes until brown.

Add 1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste; cook for another minute.

Add dried ingredients: 1 tablespoon dried cilantro, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon turmeric, and salt to taste; cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in 8 cups of hot water and add red and white kidney beans; cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Pulse soaked wheat in a mixer 2-3 times until coarsely ground.

After cooking kidney beans for 15 minutes, add the pulsed wheat to the pot; cover and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.

After 25 minutes, check that the wheat is fully cooked.

Add cooked pacha to the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
