1 large onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced into longer strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into longer strips
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 lime or lemon, for juice
0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
0.5 teaspoon turmeric
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
butter or oil, for sautéing
