Soak 1KG of rice in water for about two hours.

Add 4 tablespoons of oil to the instant pot.

Dice 1 large onion and add it to the pot, cooking until golden brown.

Add grated garlic and ginger to the pot and cook with the onion.

Add diced tomatoes to the pot and let them cook for a few minutes.

Add 1KG of cow feet (Pacha) to the pot.

Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of dried turmeric and salt to taste.

Mix everything together and then add boiling water to the pot.

Close the lid tightly and set a timer for 45 minutes to cook the Pacha.

After 45 minutes, open the lid and stir everything together.

Cook for another 45 minutes until fully cooked.

Add 1 Cup of half-cooked chickpeas to the pot and let them cook for another 10 minutes.

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add 2 tablespoons of salt.

Slowly add the soaked rice to the boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes until soft.

Add the cooked Pacha to the rice and stir.

Let the Pacha and rice steam together for a few minutes, making holes in the rice with the handle of a spatula.

Add pulao masala to the rice and let it cook together for 25 minutes, adjusting the stove to medium high for the first part and then to low heat for the last 10 minutes.

Remove the Pacha from the rice and give it a good stir.
