500 Gm - Mutton
3-4 Tbsp - Oil (45-50 ml)
100 Gm - Onion-coconut wet Masala
1.5 Tbsp - Ginger-Garlic & Coriander stem paste (30 gm)
1/2 Medium size- Onion (50 gm)
1 Medium size- Tomato (100 gm)
1.5 Tbsp - Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp - Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp - Garam Masala
2-3 Tbsp - Chopped Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 Cup - Water (500 ml)

Take a big bowl, add mutton, put 1 Medium-sized lemon juice on the mutton & mix well, cover it, & Keep aside for 30-40 min.

After 30-40 min, wash nicely 5-6 times; putting lemon before washing helps to Remove the smell from the mutton. Keep aside.

Take a Kadhai.

Add Oil, finely chopped onion, saute well, Ginger-Garlic & Coriander stem paste, Add Roasted smooth wet masala paste, saute well until oil separates.

Add finely chopped tomato and saute well until soft; add Turmeric powder, Garam Masala, and Red chilli powder, and stir well continuously.

Add Washed Mutton, mix well, and cover it for 10 minutes, checking in between.

Add water(gravy consistency), mix well together, salt as per taste, and cover the cooker lid. 4-5 whistle.

After 4-5 Whistle, cool down.

Finely chopped Coriander leaves to garnish.

Mutton Curry is ready.
