Marinate goat meat for about an hour.

In a large pan, sauté garlic with onions in olive oil and butter.

Add marinated goat meat, cover, and let stand for five minutes.

Add water to cover the top of the meat, cover, and let simmer on low heat for an hour.

After an hour, remove the cover and add all other ingredients (paprika, bell peppers, celery, tomatoes, ketchup, curry, cumin, and potatoes).

Continue cooking for another half hour.

For the rice, bring flavored water to a boil, add rice, ensuring water comes just above the rice, cover, and simmer tightly until all water has dried out.

Steam vegetables with butter or oil until tender.
