Dal Dhokla

1-1/2 Cup chana dal
1 tablespoon ginger chili paste
salt to taste
1 teaspoon eno
2 teaspoon ghee
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
5-6 green chilli
some curry leaves
coriander leaves
2 cup curd
2 teaspoon gram flour (besan)
1/2 cup jaggery
1-2 ghee
1/4 teaspoon sounf
1/4 teaspoon methi
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
1/4 teaspoon hing
2 cardamom
2 cloves
1/2 inch dalchini
2 red chilli

Soak chana dal for a few hours and then grind it into a smooth batter with ginger chili paste and salt.

Add eno to the batter just before steaming to make it fluffy.

Grease a steaming tray and pour the batter into it.

Steam the batter for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Prepare the kadhi by mixing curd and gram flour, adding water to achieve desired consistency.

Cook the kadhi with jaggery, spices, and curry leaves until it thickens.

Serve the dhokla with the kadhi.
