¼ Cup Suji (semolina)
1 Cup Moong Daal (mung beans)
¼ Cup Water
3 Tbsp Carrot
1 Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Salt
1 Green Chilli
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp Soaked Moong Daal
1 Tsp Eno (fruit salt) or ½ Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds

Soak 1 Cup Moong Daal for 1 hour and wash well.

Pour the soaked Moong Daal into a blender with ¼ Cup Water and blend until smooth.

In a bowl, mix the blended Moong Daal with the soaked Suji and Curd.

Add 3 Tbsp grated Carrot, 1 Tsp Cumin, ½ Tsp Salt, 1 Green Chilli (chopped), 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves, and 1 Tbsp of the soaked Moong Daal to the mixture.

Add 1 Tsp Eno or ½ Tsp Baking Soda and 1 Tsp Lemon Juice, and mix well.

Grease a steel bowl with oil and pour the batter into it.

Sprinkle Chilli Powder and Coriander Leaves on top.

Boil some water in a steamer and steam the batter for 15-20 minutes.

Cut the steamed Dhokla into pieces.

In a tadka pan, heat 1 Tbsp Oil, add 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, ½ Tsp Cumin, and Coriander Leaves, and cook for 30 seconds.

Pour the tadka over the Dhokla.
