1/2 kg liquid milk

2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water

In a pan, take milk. Put this on stove in medium flame. It will boiling continually & we will stir this again and again. Remember that, milk should not to burn in pan.

We have to make this milk around half. That is half kg milk will turns to quarter portion. In this situation milk will be little thick. Then put off the flame and make this cool.

In a bowl take 3 eggs. Whisk this. Then add sugar with this egg. Whisk sugar & egg perfectly.

Now in a blender, take the pieces of mango and blend this. These mango pulp mix with egg sugar batter. Now whisk & mix mango pulp, sugar & egg properly. This will be a smooth batter.

Now the batter of mango, sugar & eggs pour with cold milk gradually. Again mix all.

On the other hand, make caramel in the pudding bowl. This is a bowl with flip. To make caramel, put the bowl on stove in low flame. Add sugar & water. Keep boiling. After 2-3 minutes later, it will dry and turns to brown colour. Put off the flame and cool this bowl.

Take a sieve on the bowl, now pour the batter on the sieve slowly. Remove the cream part. Doing this pudding will be very soft.

Close the lid. Now take a saucepan, put the pudding bowl on center, suppress with heavy things like stone, then pour water. Add water in such a way that, it cover half portion of pudding bowl. Cover with lid. Keep the flame in medium high. Cook this for 35-40 minutes.

After 40 minutes later, open the lid, remove the stone and open the bowl's lid very carefully. Take a toothpick to check, if the pudding is well cooked. Then cool this properly.

Now take a plate and pour mango pudding very carefully. Otherwise it can break.
