Roasted Chickpeas

1 can (12 oz) chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
garlic salt to taste
Cayenne to taste
1/2 tsp Curry
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp coriander

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Drain one 12 oz can of chickpeas.

Transfer the chickpeas to a dish towel or paper towel and blot dry.

Transfer the dried chickpeas to a bowl.

Stir in 2 tbsp of olive oil.

Season with salt, garlic salt, Cayenne, and additional spices to taste.

Add 1/2 tsp of Curry, ground cumin, and coriander.

Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until brown and crunchy.

Check on the chickpeas and stir several times as they bake.

Watch them carefully during the last few minutes to prevent burning.
