Roasted Chickpeas

1 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
dash of cayenne pepper
pinch of cumin
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast

Rinse 1 can of garbanzo beans under cold water and dry them off slightly.

Pour the garbanzo beans into the pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the beans.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.

Add a dash of cayenne pepper (to taste).

Add a pinch of cumin.

Add 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast (or Parmesan cheese).

Stir the mixture to combine the ingredients.

Pour the mixture into the air fryer pan and separate the beans with a spatula.

Close the lid of the air fryer and set the temperature to 350°F.

Set the timer for 20 minutes and start the air fryer.

After 10 minutes, open the air fryer and stir the chickpeas.

Continue cooking for the remaining 10 minutes.

Once done, let the chickpeas cool in the air fryer basket for a couple of minutes to become crunchy.
