Add 1/4 cup yogurt and sugar to a bowl and mix, then let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine 3 cups all-purpose flour and baking powder.
Add oil to the flour mixture.
Gradually add 1 cup of milk to the flour mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then cover and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Chop 1 tablespoon of garlic finely and add it to the dough along with some coriander.
Once the dough has doubled in size, divide it into smaller pieces.
Shape each piece into a round shape by hand, without rolling it out.
Cook the naan on medium to low flame for about 3 minutes on one side until it is well-cooked, then flip to cook the other side.
