Instructions

- 2Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 3In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 4Add diced carrots and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- 5Push vegetables to one side of the skillet; crack eggs into the empty side and scramble until just set.
- 6Add cooked rice, peas, and reserved prawns to the skillet; mix thoroughly.
- 7Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; stir to combine evenly.
- 8Season with black pepper and salt to taste; cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 9Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
