Freeze drinking water to make ice.
Pour cold water over 10 dates and let them sit for 15 minutes.
Prepare 10 cashews and 18 almonds.
Pour ½ cup hot oat milk into a bowl.
Mix the hot oat milk with the soaked dates and nuts, and let sit for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, pour 1/3 cup room temperature water over ½ tablespoon basil seeds and mix. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
Place the milk mixture in a blender.
Add 2 cups cold oat milk and ½ teaspoon fennel seeds to the blender.
Grind the ingredients until smooth.
Add ice to glasses.
Pour the resulting mixture into the glasses.
Add a teaspoon of swollen basil seeds to each glass.
Garnish the drink with almonds and dates.
For the nut dessert, fry 1 cup peanuts in a frying pan.
Add 1 cup hot oat milk to the fried peanuts and let stand for 150 minutes.
Prepare a 12cm*18cm form by lining it with cling film and greasing it with olive oil.
Chop the milk and nuts mixture in a mixer and pour it into a frying pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, and add stevia to taste until the mixture thickens.
Put the mixture into the prepared form and decorate with almond petals.
Let cool and place in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour, depending on your preference for texture.
For oatmeal with nuts and lingonberries, use ¼ cup roasted hazelnuts and 2 tablespoons oatmeal.
Add 8 dates, removing the pits, and pour in 1 cup hot oat or cow's milk.
Leave for 30 minutes before adding ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
Chop the mixture in a blender and garnish with lingonberries and cinnamon.
