Instructions
- 1Prepare the dough by mixing all-purpose flour, salt, and water until smooth; knead for 5-7 minutes.
- 2Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 3Heat oil in a pan over medium heat; sauté chopped onions until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 5Stir in ground beef, cooking until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- 6Add spices: coriander, cumin, turmeric, and red chili powder; mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 7Incorporate peas and chopped cilantro; season with salt and lemon juice; remove from heat and let cool.
- 8Divide the dough into small balls; roll each into thin circles.
- 9Cut each circle in half to form two semicircles; shape into cones, sealing the edges with water.
- 10Fill each cone with the meat mixture; seal the open edge by pinching tightly.
- 11Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat; fry the samosas until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 12Remove from oil and drain on paper towels; serve hot with chutney.

- 3In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 4Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- 5Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for another minute.
- 6Add the ground chicken and cook until it is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- 7Mix in the coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
- 8Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
- 9Cut each circle in half to form two semi-circles. Take one semi-circle, form a cone shape, and seal the edge with water.
- 10Fill the cone with the chicken filling and seal the open edge by pressing it together. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
- 11Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the samosas in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

- 5Cut the oval in half to form two semi-circles. Take one semi-circle and form a cone by folding it and sealing the edge with water.
- 6Fill the cone with the potato filling and seal the open edge by pressing it together. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
- 7Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the samosas in batches.
- 8Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 9Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.

- 5Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt or lemon juice as desired.
- 6If using cumin powder, add it and blend again briefly to mix.
- 7Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 8Serve chilled as a condiment with snacks, sandwiches, or grilled meats.
