2 tbsp poppy seed paste
2 cups warm water
1 tsp sugar

Put 1 tbsp of mustard oil in a pot.

Add ¼ tsp black cumin seeds and 2 green chilies.

Add 1 medium sized chopped onion and 150 grams of small shrimp.

Once the onion is soft, add ¾ tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric powder.

Fry with a little lukewarm water occasionally.

When the water is much more dried, add 1 large sized potato-piece.

Once the potatoes are soft, add 2 more green chilies and 2 tbsp of poppy seed paste.

Mix all well and add 2 cups of warm water to boil the potatoes.

Cover on medium flame and add 1 tsp of sugar.

Adjust taste of salt and sugar as per your taste.

Whenever gravy grows a little, simmer the flame and add 1 tsp raw mustard oil and 2 green chilies.

Turn off the gas.
