1/2 cup cooking oil (around 125ml)
4 pcs cinnamon sticks
8 pcs cardamom
10 pcs cloves
200gm onion slices
3 liters hot water
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cardamom powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup raisins (around 250gm)
300gm carrots (around 250gm)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
4.5 cups basmati rice (soaked before 30 mins)
6 pcs green chilli
