2 medium onions chopped
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 green chilies chopped finely
1 small bunch coriander leaves
2 medium size tomatoes chopped finely
1/2 cup green peas either fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 small pieces cinnamon
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and green chilies till light brown.

Add the ginger garlic paste and fry well.

Add all the powders and fry well.

Then add the chopped tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes soften.

Add the mince and mix well. Fry for a while.

Add salt to taste and continue cooking.

Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix in.

Cover the pan and cook till the mince is almost dry.

Now add the green peas and cook on low heat for a few more minutes till the mince and green peas are cooked and all the water dries up.
