1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup green bell pepper
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup spring onion (green and white parts)
1 teaspoon whole black pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 large teaspoon sliced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 stock cube (mixed with water)
