Sugar - 1/2 cup
Agar Agar/China Grass - 10 gms / 2 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Pistachio - 2 tbsp

Combine water and agar agar in a saucepan and heat until dissolved.

In a separate saucepan, heat the milk and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add the agar agar mixture to the milk and stir well.

Add vanilla essence to the mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into serving dishes or a large bowl.

Allow to cool at room temperature for a short time.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
