1100ml water
500ml soy milk with sugar added
200g evaporated creamer
pandan leaves
1 can of longans
gula melaka
few slices of ginger

Soak agar-agar powder in water for 10 minutes until softened.

Combine soaked agar-agar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.

Stir until agar-agar dissolves completely, about 5 minutes.

Add soy milk with sugar, evaporated creamer, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan.

Heat the mixture until it starts to simmer, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in gula melaka and ginger slices.

Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups.
