1 teaspoon agar agar

In a pot, add 2 cups of whole milk and keep the heat on medium.

Add 1 cup of monk fruit extract sugar to the milk and stir well.

In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of whipping cream with 3-4 tablespoons of milk powder and whisk until smooth without lumps.

Add the cream mixture to the pot of milk and stir well to combine.

Allow the milk to come to a boil while continuously stirring.

In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of agar agar with 1-2 tablespoons of water to form a paste, ensuring there are no lumps.

Once the milk boils, reduce the heat and add the agar agar paste, stirring well.

Simmer the mixture for another 4-5 minutes, then turn off the stove and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Pour the milk mixture into a glass baking container suitable for hot liquids.

Cover the container with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours, checking periodically to prevent it from becoming too icy.

After 2 hours, remove the plastic wrap and loosen the edges of the pudding for easy removal.

Slice the pudding and serve.
