100 gr (1 cup) raisins
100 gr (1 cup) currants
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sea salt

In a large bowl, combine the flour, active dry yeast, and sea salt.

In a separate bowl, warm the milk slightly and then add it to the dry ingredients.
