1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon salt
1 lb stewing beef, cut into large chunks
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cube beef bouillon
1 cup green beans, trimmed
2 large carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium chayote squash, chopped
1 cup white beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 green bananas, peeled and chopped
2 yellow plantains, peeled and chopped
2 medium yautias, peeled and chopped
2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup pumpkin or sweet potato, peeled and chopped
2 ears of corn, cut into halves
1 green pepper, chopped

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

Stir in chopped cilantro, white pepper, oregano, and salt.

Add stewing beef and brown on all sides.

Pour in tomato sauce and beef bouillon, stir to combine.

Add chopped green beans, carrots, celery, chayote squash, white beans, cabbage, green banana, yellow plantain, yautias, potatoes, pumpkin or sweet potato, and ears of corn.

Cover and simmer until the meat and vegetables are tender.
