Pour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt into a small saucepan.

Place the saucepan on low to medium heat and stir continuously for about 15 minutes.

Watch as the mixture changes from a light brown to a deeper brown and becomes glossy, ensuring it does not stick to the bottom of the saucepan.

After 15 minutes, remove the saucepan from heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter, stirring until completely melted and smooth.

Place the mixture in the fridge to chill until firm.

Once firm, use a scoop (1.57 inches or 4 cm in diameter) or a teaspoon to portion out the mixture and roll into truffles.

Roll the truffles in chocolate sprinkles to coat them.
