Servings4
400 ml condensed milk
40 g butter
45 g cocoa powder
1

In a saucepan, add 400 ml of condensed milk and 40 g of butter.

2

Set the induction stove to low heat (number 2) and stir continuously to prevent burning.

3

Cook for about 15 minutes while stirring constantly, ensuring you do not leave it for more than 10 seconds without stirring.

4

After about 10-12 minutes, the mixture will become thicker and you will be able to see the bottom of the pan when whisking.

5

Once the mixture reaches 90 degrees Celsius, add 45 g of cocoa powder and mix well until combined.

6

Remove the mixture from heat and spread it onto a tray to cool down for easier rolling.

7

Once cooled, use your hands or a spoon to roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a ping pong ball.

8

Roll the brigadeiros in cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles for coating.

9

Store the brigadeiros in a container at room temperature, avoiding refrigeration.
