1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pot over medium heat.

Add 1 can of condensed milk and 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the pot.

Stir the mixture in the pot, sifting the cocoa powder to avoid clumps if possible.

If the mixture gets too hot, reduce the heat to low medium to prevent burning.

Cook for about 10 minutes until the mixture is thick and goopy, falling in clumps.

Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Place the bowl in the fridge to cool for about 30 minutes.

Once cooled, pour chocolate sprinkles onto a plate.

Butter your hands and optionally use a spoon to scoop the mixture.

Roll the mixture into balls and coat them in chocolate sprinkles.
