Brigadeiro

1 pack condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon cream
a pinch of salt
chocolate bar (optional, can have peanuts)

Pour the condensed milk into a pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 tablespoon of cream to the pan.

Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.

Turn on the heat to low and melt the mixture completely, stirring continuously.

Continue mixing for about 20 minutes until the mixture is homogeneous and you can see the bottom of the pan when you pass the spoon through it.

Spread the mixture onto a plate and let it cool for 10 minutes in the fridge.

Once cooled, grease your hands with butter to prevent sticking.

Roll the mixture into small balls and coat them in chocolate sprinkles.
