Gradually add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to the cocoa powder until you get a thick, creamy paste without lumps.

Add a can of sweetened condensed milk and stir with the butter and cocoa mixture.

Stir constantly for up to 10 minutes until the mixture thickens and holds on the spoon.

Once thickened, turn off the heat and let it cool until it's manageable to handle.

Rub a little butter or margarine on your hands to prevent sticking.

Take a piece of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
