1 can of condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
60ml double cream
15g butter
80g Couverture chocolate chips
Chocolate sprinkles

Firstly, put the condensed milk into a heatproof bowl.

Add the sifted cocoa powder. Mix well so there are no lumps.

Add the double cream and the butter.

Pop in the microwave for 3½ minutes.

Mix well and add the chocolate chips.

Put into the microwave for a further 3 minutes.

Let it cool and put in the fridge for an hour.

Grease your hand with butter and roll into 17g balls.

Coat them in the chocolate sprinkles.

Place each ball into a mini truffle case.
