4 Potatoes
1 Large Onion
1 Jalapeño
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1 Rosemary Stem

Remove the head of the beets, peel and chop the beets approximately 1X1 inch in size.

Chop the potatoes approximately the same size.

Drop in the cooking pot and add oil.

Cook for approximately 5 minutes on medium and add chopped onion and mix well.

Cook for another 5-8 minutes until the potatoes have softened and add salt, drop in the chopped jalapeños and rosemary stem.

Mix well and leave on the heat for a couple minutes.
