Form the mixture into koftas and coat with gram flour and corn flour.

In another pan, heat oil and butter, add finely chopped onion, and sauté until translucent.

Add Kashmiri red chilli powder, dried fenugreek leaves, and garam masala, then stir in fresh cream and sugar.
