Tomato puree - 4 tbsp
Red chili powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
Haldi - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Oregano - 1 tbsp
Coriander - 1/2 bowl

Mix cooked rice with chopped onion, green chillies, red chili powder, dhaniya powder, haldi, salt, and maida to form a mixture.

Shape the mixture into rice balls (koftas).

Heat oil in a pan and fry the rice balls until golden brown.

In a separate pot, heat oil and add jeera, laung, elaichi, tejpata, and black pepper.

Add onion paste and ginger garlic paste; sauté until fragrant.

Stir in tomato puree, red chili powder, haldi, garam masala, and salt; cook until thickened.

Add water to adjust the consistency and bring to a simmer.
