Add lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste to the spice mixture and mix well to form a paste.
Coat the fish evenly with the spice paste, ensuring it is well covered.
Let the fish marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb flavors.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
Carefully place the marinated fish in the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary.
Fry the fish until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove the fish and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot with onion slices and green chilies.
